WELCOME to Born of the Flames! We are located in beautiful Cascade, Colorado, at the base of the famous mountain...Pikes Peak, elevation 14,110 feet.

All of our products are handmade here in Colorado by us. Our gifts are pieces of history as well as works of art. We create one of a kind, unique treasures out of trees harvested from our property burned in Colorado’s historic 2002 Hayman Fire.

The Hayman Fire, the largest wildfire in Colorado’s history, burned from June 8th through June 28th 2002. Over 138,000 acres along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado were burned; 33 of these precious acres were ours.

The negative effects of the fire on the forest remain and are predicted to last for centuries. In contrast, our spirit of perseverance continues to grow with each passing day.

We are proud to share this beautiful wood and it’s amazing history with you as we transform a tragedy into a triumph!
